Shipping & Delivery Policy

All orders are shipped via trusted third-party couriers. Domestic delivery typically takes 3–10 days, depending on location.

Shipping charges:

₹49 within India; international shipping starts at ₹600 (contact via WhatsApp or Instagram for details).
Ensure your delivery address, PIN code, and phone number are accurate.
Hesal Jewellery is not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses; reshipment charges will apply.
Local deliveries may have additional charges; contact us to confirm.
Once dispatched, a tracking ID will be shared via email. Customers are advised to track their orders.

Mandatory unboxing video: To claim any product damage, a full unboxing video showing the parcel from all angles, recorded without edits or cuts, is required. Claims without proper video evidence will not be considered.

Delivery delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.
