Shipping & Delivery Policy

All orders are shipped via trusted third-party couriers. Domestic delivery typically takes 3–10 days, depending on location.

Hesal Jewellery is not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses; reshipment charges will apply.

Once dispatched, a tracking ID will be shared via email. Customers are advised to track their orders.
Mandatory unboxing video: To claim any product damage, a full unboxing video showing the parcel from all angles, recorded without edits or cuts, is required. Claims without proper video evidence will not be considered.
Delivery delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.
